Character description
Batrider, a hero of arcane prowess, excels as an intelligence-based combatant. Predominantly, this formidable figure asserts dominance in the middle lane, showcasing his prowess most notably in the initial and intermediate phases of the skirmish.
Role description
In the fray of the laning phase, Batrider emerges as a formidable adversary, wielding his Sticky Napalm to thwart adversaries from approaching the battle's minions or himself, while also impeding their retreat. This talent melds seamlessly with Firefly, bestowing upon him the capacity to decimate clusters of adversaries and inflict substantial havoc amidst team clashes. With Flamebreak at his disposal, he can either pursue a foe or evade capture. His arsenal is further augmented by the Flaming Lasso, a stratagem that renders an adversary defenseless, thus exposing them to the wrath of Batrider's comrades-in-arms. The acquisition of Aghanim's Shard refines Sticky Napalm, enhancing its frequency of use, while Aghanim's Scepter ensures adversaries remain scattered during tumultuous engagements.
Character lore
In his youth, Batrider was not more than a lad when a gargantuan chiropteran ensnared him. Yet, with audacity, he subdued the winged beast and carved his path through the heavens. Amidst the swelter of a torrid summer's dusk, armed with naught but a lariat, a flask of spirited concoction, and an unquenchable yearning to conquer the azure expanse, he ventured into the cavern's maw.
