Appearance history
The Karambit | Case Hardened (Kara CH) made its debut within the virtual armory of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on the 14th of August, 2013, as part of the 'The Arms Deal' collection. This particular skin has been discovered in a total of 11 weapon cases that span the years 2013 to 2015.
Pattern description
Adorning the blade of the Karambit are splashes of cerulean, amethyst, and amber hues, whilst the grip retains its original, unadorned state.
Effect of float
The Case Hardened's Float Value oscillates between 0.00 and 1.00, ensuring its availability across the spectrum of conditions. Even when subjected to the highest Float Values, the knife's surface resists the emergence of wear marks such as scratches and scuffs. As the wear approaches its zenith, a patina envelops the blade, bestowing upon it a much darker visage.
Pattern difference
The distinctive pattern index influences the distribution, hue, and configuration of the stains. Those variations where azure stains dominate the play side, known colloquially as 'Blue Gem', are esteemed as the most elusive and costly. Variants where the blue occupies 50%-70% of the play side's surface are also considered scarce. The most prevalent and economically priced patterns feature yellow blades or those where the yellow is interspersed with up to 30% blue.
Skin Features
The Karambit | Case Hardened boasts the Covert quality tier. It is equipped with the StatTrak technology and is a part of the 'Case Hardened' collection.
