Description of Bamboo Shadow

Appearance history

The Sawed-Off | Bamboo Shadow made its debut in the virtual armory on the 27th of May, 2015, with the unveiling of The Rising Sun Collection, coinciding with the commencement of Operation Bloodhound.

Pattern description

Crafted in the vein of the venerable Japanese artistry, the skin's metallic segments are cloaked in an obsidian hue, graced with a pattern reminiscent of nascent bamboo shoots in a muted charcoal. The stock and forend are swathed in a similar somber tone, punctuated by the striking vermilion of a seal akin to an artisan's signature.

Effect of float

The Sawed-Off | Bamboo Shadow is procurable in a spectrum of conditions, with a Float Value stretching from a pristine 0.00 to a well-worn 0.60. Vestiges of use emerge on various segments of the armament once it reaches the Field-Tested state. As the wear intensifies, approaching the upper echelons, the firearm's surface is marred by pronounced abrasions, and the metallic areas succumb to a patina of oxidation.
