Description of Orange Filigree

Appearance history

The SSG 08 | Orange Filigree made its debut in the virtual armory on the 18th of November, 2019. It emerged as a constituent of The Canals Collection, coinciding with the commencement of Operation Shattered Web.

Pattern description

Drawing inspiration from the ornate Italian medieval tapestries, the SSG 08's chassis boasts a tawny hue while its barrel and the nadir segment of the handguard remain untouched by paint. A dark tangerine botanical motif embellishes the entirety of the armament's surface, with the telescopic sight bathed in a monochromatic umber.

Effect of float

The Float Value spectrum of this skin spans from the pristine 0.00 to a worn 0.50, ensuring the SSG 08 | Orange Filigree's availability across all states of wear. Notably, minuscule signs of wear manifest upon the rifle's facade even in the Factory New condition. As the wear level approaches its zenith, the abrasions proliferate and intensify, with the barrel and scope's paint layer nearing total erosion.
