The inception of USP-S | Caiman into the virtual armory occurred on the 11th of June, 2014, with its unveiling as part of The Huntsman Collection. This event coincided with the culmination of the 'Phoenix comes to a close' update. The genesis of the skin's design can be attributed to the collaborative efforts of OniLolz and Zaphk.
Enveloping the slide, a depiction of a cayman emerges, rendered in the somber hues of deep teal. The firearm's chassis is cloaked in obsidian, embellished with an intricate, though scarcely perceptible, dark-gray tribal motif. A monochromatic black hue swathes the silencer, whilst the grip boasts an infusion of vibrant orange.
The Float Value spectrum for the skin spans from a pristine 0.00 to a worn 0.40, thereby excluding the USP-S | Caiman from the Battle-Scarred category. Notably, even the Factory New specimens exhibit minor scuffs upon their surface. As the wear intensifies approaching the upper threshold, the abrasions expand and the paint's underlayer adopts a discernibly duskier tone.
It is of interest to note that the pattern index holds no sway over the skin's visual presentation.
Distinguished by its Classified quality, the USP-S | Caiman boasts the availability of a StatTrak variant. The skin entered the fray as a successor to the USP-S | Orion, which was expunged from The Huntsman Collection on the grounds of copyright infringement.
Currently, the USP-S | Caiman languishes outside the echelons of prevalent skins and its presence within the game is an infrequent spectacle.
